APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR HENRY LAZNIARZ FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 6 AT YELLOWSTONE LANE (94028)
W33 RL43o Henry IAniarz has requested a Preliminary Plat for Inverness Addhioat a plat
for five lob on 4.33 acres located at the north side of County Road 6 and Yellowstone Law;

WHEREAS, the Plannin8 Commiabu has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, 7=dWORB, BB IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THB
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the requur of
Henry Lenders for a Preliminary Plat for five lots located at the north aide of County Road 6
and Yellowstone Lae, abject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all hatudonu trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. No building permits shall be issued until a contract has been awarded for sewer and
water.
4. Payment of park dedloadon tine -iii -Ya of dedicadon in accordance with the Dedication
F%&y in eftbct at the thus of fling the Final Plat. No has will be required for the

6. Compliaw of Policy Resolution 79.80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new
