PREVIOUS YEARS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has found it necessary to mvir previous solution on !WAng
alka tions for its Community Development Block Oram Programs ham peevious years as some '
peageam activities ate no longer active or were not needed; and,
WHEREAS, it L deemed appropriate to incoeporate all current and prrpaed City Pttegtam
Activities by funding amount into oeee resolution; and,
WHEREAS, on May 26, 1994, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority bold a Public
Hearing to dimness Mays to expend funds move promptly and in accoedanoe with fb&Vd
Nim;
NOW, TifflREFORE, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C1TY
OF PLYMOUTH, MQR G SOTA, to reallocate the Fiscal Year 1994 Community Development
Block Grant Ponds as follows:

FURTHER, be it resolved that carryover funds be reallocated by.
1. Revising City Council Resolution 091-723 to transfer $62,000 from the South Shore Pett
Program activity to the Community Builders Program (531,000) and the Hammer
Residences Program ($31 9000).
