WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing Alliance wishes to use the City's Volunteer Coordboor's
help inn recruiting mom volunteers to assist the Plymouth Housing Alliance board to achieve
their gosh; and,
WHEREAS, the present job policy for the Volunteer Coordinator inquires that volunteers
report to City gaff and that modifft this arrangement to allow volunteers to report to the
Plymouth Housing Allianoe board would assist the board by providing them with additional
help and eliminate the need for City housing staff to be involved with monitoring volunteer:'
activities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC L OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it approves using the Volunteer Coordinator to
recruit volunteers for the Plymouth Housing Alliance and that the volunteers recruited report
to the Plymouth Housing Alliance board.
Fuhrer, that this aaangenr w be reviewed by the City Council on or befom September 15,
1994.
Adopted by the City Council on May 16, 1994.
