WHEREAS, Pursuant to Props notice duly given as required by law, the Council has met and
heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments for 1994 Removal and
Destruction of Diseased Tees, Roll 2 charges as provided by the City Ordinances and has
amended such proposed assessment as it deems jug;
NOW, EFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, IOTA:
1. Such proposed asst, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part thereof,
is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the land named
therein and each coax of huai herein included is hereby bound to be identified by the
amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessments shall be payable over a period of one year.
3. Assessments may be paid in full to :he City of Plymouth Finance Director by June 15,
1994 witbout additional charge. After June 15, 1994 daily interest charge based on an
annual nate of 8.00% starting on May 17, 1994 will be due in addition to the levied
assessment. The lag date a payment can be accepted by the City of Plymouth is
November 30, 1994. After that date interest shall be added from the date of this
(resolution until December 31, 1995 and payment can only be made to Hennepin
County with the 1995 property taxes.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County
Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the county and such
assessments shall be collected and paid over the same manner as other municipal taxes.
S. The total cost of the 1993 Removal and Destruction of Diseased Trees, Roll 2 charges
assessed by this resolution aro $1,656.08.
Adopted by the City Council on May 16, 1994.
