AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF
WHBRBAS, the 1994 City Budget of the Central B*dpo" Division provided funds for the
mplacemm of two Building Lnpecdon Division vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the putcbase of the vehWes bat been finalized and can be purchased through a
Hennepin County contract; and
WHEREAS, the vehicles need to be replaced.
NOW, n1 RBFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, ItIIINNBSUlTA:
1. The purchase of two rept Building Inspection vehicles is approved.
The purchase is from Thane Hawkins, Polar Chevrolet. Inc. in accordmce
with Hennepin County Contract No. 2843A3.
2. Funds for the purchase of the vebicba is allocated from the Central
Equipment Fund (602-602-921) in the amount of $37,392.
