RESOLUTION No. 94.288
REDUCING DBVZLOPM M BOND
PINTAML VELLAS ADDITION (93065)
WHEMIAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 15, 1994 developer of TIM Rottlund
Company, Inc. (93065), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading u noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed
work;
NOW, THER PORB, BE IT HBRBBY RESOLVED BY THE MY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MNNBSOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced u follows:
