RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJZCT
STREET LIGHTING
PONDBROSA WOODS 3RD ADDITION
WIIBREAS. purwant to a resolution of the Council adopted May 16. 1994, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with refereooe to the improvement of
Ponderosa Woods 3rd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights
and dds report was received by the Council on May 16. 1994.
NOW. SORB. BE IT HERI1BY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all the owners of real property within the plat named as the locatbo of
the improvements.
2. Sucb improvement is bereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resole tion adopted May 16. 1994. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineu� for tbese
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be Jone by
Northern Stites Power Company.
