DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PRlTn0N AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - PONDEROSA WOODS 3RD ADDrMN
WiIREAS, a petition has been received from Tony Poppelaarsr the developer,

on May 16, 1994 is busby iedlarsd to be signed by the required pacerttage of
owners of proWty affected t meby. Titin declaration is made in conformance to
Minnesota Statutes Section V 1.035.
2. The petidon is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their don to pubic improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is busby rdumd to the City Engineer and be is instructed to repoR to
the City C mmH with W convenient speed advising the Council in a proWnioary
way as to whether the proposed improvetnent is fasible and. as to whether it should
bat be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the
athnated cost of the hoproveneot as recommended.
