RECE NT4G REPORT AND ORDX=G PROJECT
STREET LIGHTNG

WHEREAS, pursuant to a resobrtion of the Council adopted May 16, 1994 a report hu
been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Pimil VMu
Addition by the instaiMion of ornamental residential street lights and this report was
received by the Council on May 16, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of
the imp mVements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered at purposed in the Cmxa
resolution adopted May 16, 1994. The petitioners have waived their
right to a publk hearing.
3 The City Engineer is hereby desipsated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shut coordinate the wort which will be done by
Vocthern Stam Power Company.
