RESOLUTION 94-281
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - PINTAIL VEUL AS ADDITION
WLBRBAS, a petition has been received from The Roulund Company, Inc., the
developar� requesting installation of :treat lighting in Pinhil Villas Addition.
NOW, IIBtBPORB, BB IT HBIMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
IM CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M1[VNBSOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Pintail Villas Addition by the
installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on
May 16, 1994 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners
of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to
Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and be Is instructed to report to
the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the City Council on May 16, 1994.
