FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10205 10TH AVENUE NORTH MM7) WHEREAS, Weed utne Supply, Inc. has requested a Conditional Use Permit for a property located at 10205 10th Avenue Noah. The property is more specifically described as follows: That pan of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, described as beginning at a point on the north line of said Southwest Quaver of the Northam Quarter distant 227 feet west from the northeast corner thereof; then south, parallel to the am line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distanos 226.5 feet; thence east, parallel to aid north line to an intersection with the west line of the am 17 feet to said Southwest Quaver of the Northam Quaver, thence south along aid west line of the as 17 feet to the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, thence wet along said south line to the Southwest corner of aid Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, them north along the wet line of said Southwest Quaver of the Northeast Quarter to the northwest corner thereof, them at along the north Wre of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to the point of beginning; except that part thereof embraced within Registered Lad Sunray No. 1177, according to the (government Survey thereof. WHEREAS, the Palming Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THERBPORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTHO MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby dna approve the request of Wetbune Supply, Inc. Por a Conditional Use Permit fbr property located at 10205 10th Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: 1. Suk"on of required financial guarantee and Site Pedormanoe Agreement fbr completion of site improvements within 12 months of the date of this resolution. 2.
