The property is mora specifically described u: Lot 2, Block 2, Bass Creek Business Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, T 1ERBFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CRY COUNCIL OF TPA CITY OF PLYMOUTH, WNNESOTA, that it dKwld and hereby does approve the request by Twin City Fan 3 Blower Company for an Amended Mixed Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for a business Wentific ation sign for a property located at M9 Thaton Line, subject to the following conditions: 1. No other amendments are panted or implied. 2. All aWl,able requirements of the City shall be implemented and enforced; no Code requirements are waived by this approval. 3. 1% Amended Mixed Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit is for a business Identification sign in the side yard eethack.
