RESOLUTION 94.277
ADOPTING ASSESSMEN'T'S
CITY PROJECT NO. 412
SANITARY SRWER AND WATBRMAIN AREA - PINTAQ. VILLAS ADDITION
WHEREAS, in conformance with the &,melopment contract, we have received a Waiver of
Assessment Hearing from the property t)wner of Pintsil Villas Addition waiving their right to
special assessment hearings covering th a installation of sanitary sewer and water trunk facilities
and all other appurtenances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CM OF PLYMOUTH, M *%TESOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached herato and made a pan hereof, is
hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assesamemt against the lands named therein
and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed
improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall to payable in equal annual inanllntants extending over a period of S
years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January,
1995, and shall bear interest at the rate of 8.00% per annum from the date of adoption of
this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire
assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1995. To each subsequent
installment when dud shall be added irtesest for one year on all unpaid installments.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the
assessment to the County Pinance Director, pay the whole of the assessment on such
paperty with interest accrwd to the date of payment to the City Fiance Director, except
that no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the
adoption of this resolution and he may at any time thereafter pay the City Finanoe Director
the entire amount of the assessment r+ nWning unpaid with interest accrued to Deoember 31
of the year in which such payment is made. Such payment must be made before
November 15 or interest will be changed through Deoember 31, of the next succeeding
year.
4. The Clerk shall forthwith mmakh a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County
Finance Director to be e-wm bd on the propor tax Ila of the County and such assessments
shall be collected and , . id over in the same manner as other municipal tares.
5. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this remlution is $177,120.
