FOR PINTAQ, VIIZ.AS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE BAST SIDS OF SHENANDOAH LANE AT 22ND AVENUE NORIB (MPUD 83-1) (93065) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Rout nd Home, Inc. for Pintail Vials boded on the aril side of Sbenandoeb Lane at 22nd Avenue North; NOW, ISR WOM BE IT HBRBBY RBSOLVEO BY THE CITY COUNC L OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNB.SOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to reoording of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Bagineer's Memorandum. 2. No building permits still be issued until a contract bas been awarded for the construction of Municipal sewer and water. 3. Removal of all bazardous trees from the property at the owner's expense. 4. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 re8ardinj minimum floor ebvatioos for new unm uuu in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open smrm water drainage facility►. 5. Submittal of required utility and drainage esemeab as approved by the City Bogineer prior :„i thing the Final Plat. 6. No building permits to be blued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded whh Hannapin County. 7. Appropriate legal documeab regarding Homeowner Association covenants and restriction, as approved by the City Attorney, "be filed and reoorded prior to Issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. B.
