WHEREAS, the City staff has pnpuW a Development Contract covering the
improvamaots related b said plat;
NOW, TORE, BE IT HBIMY RESOLVED BY THB CTTY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NM NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the WPM Furl Plat and Development Contract for Rottlued Homes, Inc. for Pintail
Was located on the am side of Shenandoah Laos at 22nd Avenue North, and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
