APPROVING THE CLOSING OF PROJEMS AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, financing has been provided through the gab of bonds and interhad trandera,

WSSREAS, it is sound financial management to transfer the remaining conftrlwft hinds to
the respective debt service hinds and original financing hinds for project that are completed;
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIIVNESOTAt that Project N's 008, 013, 014, 0131 017, 0219
022, 023, 029, 112, 1141'2011 825, 931, 9419 943, and 946 be closed and all remaining
construction hinds be trandened to the cottespooding Debt Servke Funds and original
financing Meds.
