APPROVING THE LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND PLYMOUTH CL EUCAL, TBCKNICAL AND
PROFESSIONAL; EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTED BY AFSCME,
COUNCIL 14, LOCAL 3839
FOR THE CALENDAR YEARS 1994 AND 1995
WHEREAS, npreaentadves of the City of Plymouth and APSCh% repreaendng
Plymouth Clerical, Technical and Professional employees, have met to 11e80tirle a
labor contract in accordance with the Public Employee Labor Relation Act; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager bas reported an agnemew has been reached for the
period of January 1, 1994 through December 31, 1995.
NOW, THBRBPORB, BE 1T HEREBY PJ3SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC3L OF
THE C1TY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
do labor Wument between the City of Plymouth and AMME Council 140 Leal
3839, for the period of January 1, 1994 through December 31, 1995; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Mmu ger are authorized to execute the agreement.
