WI REAS, the Planning Commission has oomdncted a Public Having regarding an
Amendment to the Tmusimradon Blamed of the Comprehensive Plan to rdoc ate the
Minor Collector of 55th Avenue North between : achary Lace and Nathan Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the report of the City's 'manic
Consultant regarding the impact of such a Thnsportation Plan Amendment on
adjoining streets and highways, and has made a reoommardation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HBRBBY RBSOLVBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, 1vIINNBSOTA, that it should and hereby does amend
the Transportation Moment of the Plymouth Comprehensive Plan to relocate the Minor
Collector of 55th Avenue North to extend between ZbAivy Lane and County Road 10
as shown on the plans for FHe 93106.
FURTHER, that this amendment to the Ttangxxtation Me" of the Comprehensive
Plan is contingent on the review of the Metropolitan Council; as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council on May 2, 1994.
