CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 94- 261
ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS
1993 REMOVAL AND DESTRUCTION OF DISEASED TREES, ROLL I
WHLREASq pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has met and
beard and passed upon all objections to for proposed assessments for 1994 Removal and
Destruction of Diseased Trees, Roll 2 charges as provided by the City Ordinances and has
amended such proposed assessment as it deems just;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCEL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, Mid' MOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part thereof,
is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the land named
therein and each tract of land herein included is hereby bound to be identified by the
amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessments shall be payable over -a period of one year.
3. Assessments may be paid in full to the City of Plymouth Finance Director by June 1,
1994 without additional charge. After June 1, 1994 daily interest charge based on an
annual rate of 8.00% starting on Mey 3, 1994 will be due in addition to the levied
assessment. The hist date a payment can be accepted by the City of Piymouth is
November 30, 1994. After that date interest shall be added from the date of this
resoh. Son until December 31, 1995 and payment can only be made to Hennepin
County with the 1995 ; rvperty taxes.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County
Finance Director to be extended on the pmpr tax lists of the county and such
assessments shall be collected and paid over the same manner as other municipal taxes.
S. The total cost of the 1993 Removal and Destruction of Diseased Trees, Roll 2 charges
assessed by this resolution are $14,274.00.
