Compliance with the City Engineer's Memon alum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in ef%rx at the time of recording of the Floral Plat. 3. No building permits shall be issued until a contract has bees awarded for the construction of municipal sewer and water. 4. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expemse. 5. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final plat. 7. No building permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with liennepin County. 8. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association covenants and rutrictions, as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat. 9. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of the approved RPUD 95-1, per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance. File 9309801'age 2 MIX.
