HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1994-255• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 94. 25S APPROVING PRELMMARY PLAT FOR PLYMOUTH PRESBYTEIRIAN CHURCH FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THB NORTHWEST CORNER OF DUNKIRK LANE NORTH AND ROCKFORD ROAD (COUNTY ROAD 9) (93141) WHEREAS, Plymouth Presbyterian Church has requested a Preliminary Plat for Plymouth Presbyterian Church, a plat for one lot and six outlots on 12.59 acres located at the northwest corner of Dunkirk lane North and Rockford Road (County Road 9); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Publk Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, TTlIBi;MRB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,IVIINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Plymouth Presbyterian Church for a Preliminary Plat for one lot and six outlots located at the northwest corner of Dunkirk Lane North and Rockford RoaJ (County Road 9), subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Removal of all hazardous trees from the property at the owner's expensc. 3. No building permits shall be issued until a contract has been awarded for sewer and water. 4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -Hou of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of fift the Final Plat. S. Street names shall comply with the City Street Naming Systom. 6. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 7. No building permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 8. Incorporation of tree protection provisions in the Final Plat and Development Contract approval. 9.
