ORDERING PUBLIC BARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
AN EASENUIZ T FOR INGRESS AND RGRESS FOR F1lRZj POLICE, AMBULANCE
VEHICLES OR OTHER PUBLIC SERVICE EMERGENCY PURPOSES TO AND FROM
NIAGARA LANE NORTH WTitHIN OUTLOT A AND LOT 1, BLOCK 1
PARSERS LAKE CORPORATE CENTER ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.8519 the developer: have petitioned the City Council for the
vacation of the following easement for ingress and egress for fire, police, ambulance vehiclea or other
public service emergency purposes to and from Niagara Lane North within Lot I. Block 1 and Oudot
A, and Lot 1, Block 1, Parkers Lake Corporate Center Addition.
Description of easement to be vacated recorded under Document Numbers 1997611 and
2005487:
A non-exclusive easement over Outlot A, Parkers Lake Corporate Center according to
the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, consisting of that property lying
between the following described line and a line perpendicular to and 7.50 feet amdmiy
of the following described line: the northerly line of said easement is described as
beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, said Panner: Lake Corporate Center;
thence westerly along the south line of said Lot 1, a distance of 310.00 feet and said line
there terminating ("Basement Ara"). Said eamwo as granted herein shall be restricted
to the uses of ingress and egress for fire, police, ambulance vehicles or other public
service emergency purposes to and from Niagara Lane North. Grantor agrees not to
improve said easement area with any buildings or other improvements which would
interfere with use of the easement for the purposes granted hereby.

A non-exclusive essenent over the south 7.50 feet of the east 310.00 feet of Lot 1,
31nck 1, Parkers Lala Corporate Center ("Basement Area"). Said easement as granted
herein shall be restricted to the uses of ingress and egress for fine, police, ambulance
vehicles or other public service emergency purposes to and from Niagam Lane North.
Grantor agrees not to improve aid easement area with any buildings or other
Improvements which would interfere with the use of the easement for the purposes
granted hereby.
AND WHEREAS; the City Council has reviewed acid request and fund the same to be in order,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI1Y OF
PLYMOUTH, MINMOTA: Ttnat it should, and hereby does, establish the date of June 6, 1994 at
7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and
place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
