RESOLUTION NO. 94.245
APPROVAL OF BID FOR IV ROTARY MOWER
WHER ALS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of olds for the purchase of a 16 foot
rotary mower for the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the State Statute, bid specifications wens prepared and
disaibuted, and bid proposals received and opened on April 6, 1994, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
1. MTI Distributing Co. (with trade) $46,154

and WHEREAS, the bid of Mn Distributing is in conformance with the City's specifiatioos,
NOW, SORE, BE IT H MY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, 1ANNEiSOTA, that the bid of M71 Distributing is declared the
lowest responsible bidder, and that the City accepts the bid in the amount of $49,154.01
including tax, and Porther, that the purchase is autlwnind from the Central Equipment Pond
account 602.602.
