WHERRAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a portion of dmiage
and utility mements in Lots 4 and S, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 3rd Addition by
Raolution No. 94-x.
NOW, I SPORB, BE TT HMMY RESOLVBD BY THE C17Y COUNCL
OF THR CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That aid resolution shall not be
filed with the County until:
1. Lot consolidation of Lots 4 and S, Block 1, Plymouth Hills
3rd Addition b t+ecorded with Hennepin County.
