CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 94 - 238
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN
LATS 4 AND S, BLOCK 19 PLYMOUTH HIIIS 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a portion of drainage and utility easements in Lots 4 and
S, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 3rd Addition; and
WHEREAS; a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for April 18, 1994 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the
meeting of April 18, 1994; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on April 18, 1994 to inform any and all interested
parties relevant to the vacation of a portion of drainage and utility easements in Lou 4 and S, Block 1
Plymouth Hills 3rd Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said asenenu were not needed for public
purpom;
NOW, 'IMMEFORS, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following portion of drainage and utility easements in Lou 4
and S, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 3rd Addition be vacated:
The south 6.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, except the west 6.00 feet and except the east
10.00 feet and the north 6.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, except the west 6.00 feet and
except the east 10.00 feet, all in Plymouth Hills 3rd Addition, according to the plat
thereof, on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council on April 18, 1994.
