RECINING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT

HEATHER RUN 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted April 18, 1994 a report
has been prepared by the City Bnghmr with referam to the improvement of Heather
Run tad Addition by the installation of ornamental residential eI pet lights and this
report was received by the Council on April 18, 1994.
NOW, 'I MEPORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, K NNBSOTA:
1. The City Council finds wd determines that said petition was aimed by
all the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in tho Council
resolution adopted April 18, 1994. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public hearing.
3. The City Bngh er is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern State: Power Company.
