Construction, Inc., the developer, regrrnting installation of street lighting in Heather Run 2nd Addition. NOW, TH®tBFORB, BE IT HBRBBY RBSOLVBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MNNBSOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Heather Run 2nd Addition by the insta kdon of residential ornamental street 1WRO filed with the City Council on April ; 89 1994 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of ownera of properly affected thereby. This dwUrstion is made in conformance to Minnesota Statute: Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rigbts to public improvement and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby refened to the City Bngineer and be is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising de Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with sono otter improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. Adopted by the City Council on April 18, 1994
