STREET LIGHTWG
AZYTUMN HILLS 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a maoludon of the Council adopted April 18, 1994, a report
has been prepared by the City Bogineer with reference to, the improvement of Autumn
HIM tad Addition by the i otaWtion of ornamental residential street lights and this
report was received by the Council on April 18, 1994.
NOW, T EIREFORB, BE IT HBRBBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition wu signed by
all the owners of real property within the plat named u the location of
the improvments.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered u proposed in the Council
resolution adopted April 18, 1994. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public hearing.
3. The City Bngineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern State Power Company.
