Construction, Inc. developer, repel ing installation of street lighting in Autumn Hills 2nd Addition.. NOW, THERBFORB, BB IT iiBRBBY RBSOLVBD BY THB CITY COUNCIL OF 'Iiia CITY OF PLYMOUTH,1vfINNBSSOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Autumn Hills 2nd Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, fled with the City Council on April 18, 1994 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improverne-it and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is bereby referred to the City Beginner and be is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should bat be math as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. Adopted by the City Council on April 18, 1994 •
