RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
ROCKFORD ESTATES ADDITION
WHEREAS, purms to a resolution of the Council adopted April 189 19949 a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Rockford
Estates Addition by the insWlatim of ornamental residential street lights and this report
was received by the Council on April 189 1994.
NOW, THERBPORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE, CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NONNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that aid petition was signed by
all the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted April 18, 1994. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public hearing.
3. The City Bngineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
Adopted by the City Council on April 18, 1994.
