RESOLUTION 94. 221
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF OLD MEDINA ROAD STREET RIGHT OF WAY WITHIN
SEVEN PONDS SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, puauant to M.S.A. 412.851. Hans T. Haden, Jr. of Hans Hagan Homes,
has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of a portion of the following Medina
Road west right of way:
Deacriptioo of that portion of Mediae Rad between new Medina Road
and OW County Rad No. 24 to be vacated.
71M part of the 66 foot wide Medina Road as putted in
Seven Ponds Second Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota lying between Line 'A' and Line 'B' as
described below:
Line A being described as beginning at the most southerly
corner of Oudot 0, Seven Ponds Second Addition; thence
southeasterly along the southwesterly extension of the
southeasterly line of said Oudpt 0 to its intersection with
the easterly extension of the northerly line of Lot 1, Block
S. Seven Pads Second Addition; thence westerly Alma
said easterly extension to the most easterly comer of said
Lot 1, Block 5 and said Line A there terminating.
Line B being described as beginning at the most westerly
comer of Lot 1, Block 4, Seven Ponds Second Addition;
thence northwesterly 32.16 feet along the northwesterly
extension of the southwest line of said Lot I , Block 4,
(said southwest line of said Lot 1, Block 4 1% assumed to
bar North 40 degrees 29 minutes 12 seconds West);
thence northwesterly 187.76 feet along a non-tangential
curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 734.0
fast, a antral angle of 14 degrees 39 minutes 23 seconds
and a chord that bears North 49 degrees 36 minutes 03
seconds West to an angle point on the northerly right of
way of said Medina Rad and said Line B there
terminat9ng.
NOTE: It is not the intention of this description to vacate any portion of
County Road No. 24.

said petition and diraxs the administrative staff to publish notice of said boning as
provided by law.
