ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF MAGNOLIA LANE STREET RIGHT OF WAY W I11IN

WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.831, Randy and Julie Schlecht, James and Debra
Land, Louis Sidon, Paul E lefson and Timothy Seer have petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of a portion of the follwvin8 Magnolia Lane Meet right of

Description of that portion of Magnolia Laos to be \vacated.
The north 58.8 feet of Magnolia Lane as platted in E mburat Heights
Addition according to the plat thereof on file or of reccrd in the office of
the Registrar of Title, Hennepin Countyo MN.
AND WHEREAS; the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be
is order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M1DiNESOTA: That it should, and busby does,
eatabWh the date of May 16,1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamberi, Plymouth
City Cooter, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of
said petition and directs the administrative staf; to publish notice of saki boating as
provided by law.
