TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMXNT
COUNTY ROAD 61(NORTHWBST BOULEVARD) AND CANU US DRIVE
CITY PROJECT NO. 410
WHEREAS, traffic signals an warranted at the intersection of County Rad 61
(Northwest Boulevard) and Campus Drive and Hemepin County has prepared plans and
specifications for the huWlatioo of a traffic signal system; and
WHEREAS, agreement for participation in the construction and operation of traffic
control signal system on County State Aid Highway No. 61 at Campus Drive, He nepin
County Project No. 9329, Agreement No. PW 04-17-94 has been prepared and
presented to the City.
Now, TH EREFORB, IT IS RESOLVED: That said Agreement in all things are
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED- The the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
sign Agreement No. PW 04-17-94, Hennepin County Project No. 9329, City Project
No. 410.
FURTHER. that the plans and specifications for said traffic signal installation as
referenced in the Agreement are approved.
FURTHER, that $78,200 to fund the project is authorized from the City's Minnesota
State Aid Fund Account (402-402) and the Finance Director shall transfer the fiends to
the Construction Fund (401-401).
Adopted by the City Council on April 18, 1994.
