RESOU TION 94 -218
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has adopted the tbnding assistance policy for source
separated recyclables to distribute funds to the Cities for development and implementation
of waste reduction and recycling programs; and
WiMWLS; Hennepin County has set as a requirement that the City emu into the 1994
Municipal Recycling Grant Agreement with Hennepir County; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to receive these Count- funds.
NOW, TH1WJWORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY 'TETE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,: That the City of Plymouth enter into the 1994
Municipal Recycling Grant Agm meat with Hennepin County.
