RESOLUTION No. 94.216
REDUCING DEVRLOPN[ENT BOND
HERITAGE RIDGE PLAT TWO ADDITION (89036)
WMMM, in awcoordance with the development contract dated October 12, 19899 Host Development by
International Development, Inc. and Host Devel%xn ent by Al Stobbe Construction, developer of Hwage
Ridge Plat Two (89036), has aped to Won certain improvements for said development; and
WFTBRBAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed
work;
NOW, THEHWOM BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL nF THE CTTy OF
PLYMOUTH, I M*MOTA; that the bonding requirements arc reduced as follows:
That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $73,494 to $0
(zero) to reflect the completed work. Letter of Credit No. 663014343 WPO was reduced accordingly and
was ratumed by the Finance Department.

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the letter of credit required for the Maintenance of Erosion and
Sediment Control Plan, street sweeping and storm sewer cleaning was reduced from $2,500 to $0
(zero)and Letter of Credit No. 6330 - 6330 WPO waa returned by the Finance Depantntent. Additionally,
the required cash deposit is reduced from $1,000 to $0 (aem) and all remaining funds will be returned to
tM developer.
