RESOLUTION NO. 94- 215
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
PONDEROSA WOODS 3RD ADDITION (94004)
WHERMS, in accordance with the development contract dated January 31, 1994, Antoine J. Poppelaars,
Simone F. Poppelam, Daniel A. Poppelaars and Carrie Lyn Poppebm, developer of Ponderosa Woods
3rd Addition (94004), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WIIBRBAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect Cu completed
work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above frotr $158,862 to
$70,551 to reflect the completed work.

FURMM BE PT RESOLVED that the unitary sewer, wawmain and storm sewer constracxiorr was
previously accepted far continual maintenance as of March 29, 1993 subject to the Two Year Guuantee
by Dave Perin Contracting per Maintenance Bond No. BNS 1424073. See Resolution No. 93-172.
