WHERIIAS, in accordance with the development contract dated March 1. 1990, Madpatt Enterprises and
Bsther I. Smithg developer of Pinchers Pond Addition (89049), has speed to ioseall certain improvements
for said development; and
WI REAS, the developer has completed a portion of the went, utility and du graft as noted below;
and
WI EREAS, the developer bas requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed
work;
NOW, TiIlEtBFORE, BE IT IiERBBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bora ft requirements are reduced as follows:
That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $10,080 to $0
(zero) to reflex the completed work. Letter of Credit No. 91-1 is hereby reduced accordingly and will be
returned by the Finance Department.
