LOT DIVMONICONSOLATION FOR STATII FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE
INSURANCE COMPANY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST
CORNIER OF PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD AND 37TH AVENUE NORTH (94017)
WHEREAS, the City Council bas approved the Lot DivWoo/Cooalidution for Spee
Fenn Mamal Automobile Insurance Company located at the Na0mv t corner of
Plymouth Boulevard and 37th Avenue North;
NOW. 'IHIMMRB, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CPI'Y COUNCIL OF
THE C17Y OF PLYMOUTH, MMESSOTA, that it should and beefy doe: direct the
following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said Lot
Division/Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances ars granted or WOW.
3. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor eWAd m for
new stnnctures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water
drainage facility.
4. No building pofm b shall be issued until the lot division/consolidation is filed
with Hennepin County.
S. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Rimer prior to filing the Final Plat.
