APPROVING PENAL PLAT FOR CARISON REAL ESTATE COMPANY FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE, SOUTHEAST CORNER OF I494 AND
CARLSON PARKWAY (94010)
VAMBBAS, Cuban Real &tate Company has requested a Final Plat for Carlson
Center 12th Addition located 4t the mAbeast comer of I-494 and Carlson Parkway;
and.
WHBRBAS9 the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREAOM BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CTTY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Final Plat for Carlson Real Estate Company for Carlson Center 121h Addition
located at the southeast corner of I494 and Carlson Parkway.
Adopted by the City Council on April 4, 1994.
