RESOLUTION 94 -193
WIC IMS, the City Council has approved the Lot Division/Consolidation for Custom
Building C000epur Inc. located at the nortbwest comer of 44th Avenue North and
Northwest Boubvard;
NOW, 1HSRBPORB, BB TT K13RBBY RBSOLVBD BY 'IHS CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it dould and hereby does direct the
fbHowl% to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said Lot
Division/Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Bngineer's Memonodum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new .structures in subdivisions WJaoent to, or containing any open storm water
drainage fkd ty.
4. No building permits shall be issued until the Lot DivisiordCauolidatioo is RW
with Herumpin County.
3. Submittal of required utility and dninsge easements as approved by the City
Baghmr prior to flung the Final Plat.
