WHEREAS, Custom Builft Concepts Inc. has requested approval fbr a Lot
DlviAWCamolidadon in the Main Addition for the creation of 2 bts, located at the
northwest carnet of 44th Avow North and Northnvat Boabvard;
NOW. TIM MFOPA BE IT EMMY RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. IOTA, that it should and bereby does approve
