RESOLUTION 94 - 189
SBTTTNO CONDITIONS TO BE MST PRIOR TO FIIaIO OF THE RZ ATED
MPUD FINAL PLAT FOR CALIBER DEV®.OPMBNT CORPORATION FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 25TH AVENUE NORTH AND POLARIS LANE
NORTH (9M=)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Parlmrs Labe Coponte
Center 6th Addkbo located at 25th Avenue North and Polaris Lane North;
NOW, '1T303RlE1FORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVE) BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does apptove
the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of MOM part trail easement Al approved by the City BVineeriog
and Park and Recreation Departments prior to filing the Final Plat.
3. No building permits shall be issued until a coobW has bees awarded for the
construction of municipal sewer and water.
4. Removal of W hazardous cores from the property at the owner's axpease.

new wucxmes in subdivisions a4 scent to, or containing any open storm water
drainap ftdft•
6. No yard setback valances aro granted or implied.
7. Submittal of required utility and dnd u p easemeets a approved by the City
Egineer prior to fWng the Final Plat.
B. No building permits to be iswed until the FiW Plat is filed and reoorded with
Hmnq* County.
9. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is pan of the
approved WID 93-1, per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
