NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CrIY COUNCIL. OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Final Flat for Caliber Development Corporation for property located at 25th
Aveare North and Polaris Lor North.
