WHBRBAS, the 1994 City Budga of the CoWd BWipmW Division provided f nuts for the
replsroea m of three staff vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the pufcbaae of the vehicles has bees finalized and can tj purchased th OU0 a
State of Miooem cootral; and
WI BREAS, the vehicles need to be roplaoed;
NOV, TIIBtffiaORE, BE IT MOMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC3L OF THE
CTPY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The parchaso of three taplaoement staff vehicles is approved. The purcha.m
is from McKay's Coon RapWs Chrysler Plymouth in -ccordem with
Minnesota State Contract M-7817.
2. Funds for the purchase of the vehicles is allocated from the CemW
B"k meat Punct (602-602-921) in the amount o($28, 617.
