AUTHORIMG THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY AT 11814 18TH AVBNUB
WHEREAS, on December 20, 1993, the City Council authorized the negotiation of property at
1181418th Avenue, and
WHffitBAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has negotiated with said property owner in
good faith, and
NOW, THERIWORB, BE IT HBRBBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUKIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is
authorized to proceed with the acquisition of property at 11814 18th Avenue with a set
relocation comparable price of $104,900, and further that all Ponding for the acqui-sition of this
property will be charged to West Medicine Lake Park tax increment financing.
