WNBREAS, on December 20, 1993, the City Council authorized the negotiation of property at

NOW, TH>NtBFORE, BE IT EMEBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Pub and Recreation is
authorized to proceed with the acquisition of property at 11808 18th Avenue with a Ad
relocation comparable price of $109,900. and Ptrther that all funding for the acquisition of this
property will be chuW to West Medicirw Lake Paris tax increment financing.
