AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR
I NSURANCZ FOR TSB 1194/1995 INSURANCE PROGRAM

property beret; and
WSBRRAS, the City has reviewed the proposals for the oeoeaeary insurance
coverages; and
WHEMS9 the City received a quotation from the Lag= of M msft Cities
Insurance Trust for $1719737. St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company for
$2,1339 and the Hartford Steam Boibr Inspection and Insurance COq*" for $109882
for coverages and. limitations art forth in the Risk Management Coon matoes memo
dated March 159 1994;
NOW9 'IHSREFORE, BE IT HE BBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC 1L
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH9 114IlNA ESOTA9 that the City Council awad the
contract for W insurance coverage's as outlined in the Risk Management Coordinator's
memo to the Lague of Minowa Cities Insurance Trust for $177,737, St. Paul Fire
and Marine Insurance Company for $2,133 and the Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection
and Insurance Company for $109882.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 1994.
