WI[EREAS, the City has received a request from Dawn Productions to not Plymouth Credo
Amphimeater on Saturday, June 2S, and
WEIERBAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has also reviewed said request and is
mcommenft +PProval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MMNBSOTA, that the Plymouth Creek Amphitheater may be rented
on Saturday, June 2S, by Dawn Productions for a Christian Music Festival event. The charges
shall be billed on the actual cast mourned by the police department for supplying public safety
for the event and $500 for the use of the site, and farthler, that Dawn Productions shall provide
$1,000,000 worth of liability insurance naming the City as co-insured.
