AWARDING BID FOR THE 1994 TREE alt ST UN P REMOVAL CONTRACT
WE[BRBASq the Forestry Department will act on the 1994 Tragi alt Stump Removal from City
owned bods; and
VIEMRRAS, in accordance with City ordinance, bid specifications were prepared and
distribwted to in bidders and bid proposals received and opened March 11,1994; and
WHEREAS, the following bids wen received:

WHEREAS, the bid L in conformance with the City speeifications for tree and stump removal
and is thanf�re declared the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW, 1HBREPORB, B8 IT HBRBBY RESOLVED BY TliB CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOtrM, MINNESOTA, that it thould and hereby does accept the proposal in
the amount of $26,241.60. Further, that funds for this proposal are authorized fiom account
0101-125-810.26-0(11.000.
