1. A public bearing shall be held on the god day of May, 1994 in the City Council Chambers of
the Plymouth City Canter, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to
pan upon aucb proposed usemnent and at such time and plane all persona owning property
affected by such dWu" will be given an opportunity to be beard with refe:eoce to such
assessment.
2. The City Clark is hereby directed to can a notice of the hearing on the proposed ane::ment to
be published twice in the official newnpapar at lalst two weeks prior to the bearing, and shall
